Today's class is about formal and informal expression.
The thing what I get to know and I did not know before is
1)'I am really sorry that..' is formal.
2)'Dear Tom' is informal. It is good for friends, we should write full name or 'Dear Professor'.
3)'See you later' is pretty informal. 'See you later in your office.' is better. 4)'Bye.' is not common to professor.
Formal Email has to...
1)Be short and sweet.
2)Get to the point as soon as possible.
